went to the ultimate sport camp lor cos i wanted the singlet so i went and poly i lack the exercise so just went lolz the morning pt dam xiong lor the group with wu feng we ran a longer distance from vivo to ange monks field then bad lor the do a lot of pumping and sit ups and other stuff alivn group better .

then went to sentos to play ultimat frisbe then while the ppl play some of the extral ppl do buddha clap lolz hand ache like shit lolz
then we went swiming cos of the diff in temp we like one y one got cramps on the leg =.=

then we went to southern ridges to hike 20 km up lolz it was a nice view up there
lolz want the play with a old tree up there but luck never cos got incense there lolz
then we went to har pa vila

then we went to east coast rent bike go cycling i like the most hahax i thoght tt i goner le be still got strength to cycle the we cycle to changi to hwaker center to eat nesi lemak
then cycle to och to walk some of the ppl never get to fin though
well then we set off to changi park to talk ghost stuff till 3 am


then we cycle back all the way when we reach east coast it is the heardest part cycling in there cos the wind is against u the some more u cycle the whle nite the no much engery left cylce like leg wana break like tt then all of our butts pain like shit too hahax sit too long. then we went to macs to have breaksfast after tt
